Ceel as a mantra stands for ‘Can’t Expect Everyones Love’ in the same way expectations, projections, and insecurities of others shouldn’t negatively influence what we are passionate about pursuing as well as how we feel.
Ceel as an art expression is the journey following ‘Heelo’ (the heart) and ‘Meelo’ (the mind) as they navigate balancing relationships with ‘Managers’ (ie: anxiety, people pleasing, etc), ‘Firefighters’ (ie: addiction, anger, etc.), and ‘Exiles’ (ie: dependency, shame, etc.) towards becoming their most true core self.
